Throughout this blog, I'll try to keep the bullshit at a minimum.

Some things about me.
  • Married in May 2004.
  • Father of 3 children.
  • My work schedule is nuts; travel (local and international) and work from home. I hardly know what my schedule is 2 weeks in the future!
  • I have been lifting for over 10 years. But I have made the best gains since January'ish of 2012, when I really started changing the way I eat and lift.
  • Stats
    • 5'10"
    • 165 pounds
    • Bodyfat ~10% (Not measured, just an estimate. I plan on going for a DEXA scan for an accurate number.)
  • Current PR's
    • Deadlift - 405
    • Squat - 315
    • Military Press - 155
    • Bench - Huh? What's bench?
    • Dips - 40 consecutive bodyweight dips.
    • Pullups - 30 consecutive. A bit sloppy, but I'm still working on it. I'll get there.
