- Father of 3 children.
- My work schedule is nuts; travel (local and international) and work from home. I hardly know what my schedule is 2 weeks in the future!
- I have been lifting for over 10 years. But I have made the best gains since January'ish of 2012, when I really started changing the way I eat and lift.

- 5'10"
- 165 pounds
- Bodyfat ~10% (Not measured, just an estimate. I plan on going for a DEXA scan for an accurate number.)
- Current PR's
- Deadlift - 405
- Squat - 315
- Military Press - 155
- Bench - Huh? What's bench?
- Dips - 40 consecutive bodyweight dips.
- Pullups - 30 consecutive. A bit sloppy, but I'm still working on it. I'll get there.
